This is an extraordinary set of 6 Pairs of Knives and Forks with Sterling Silver heads, ferrules and caps and Carved cylindrical Mother of Pearl handles. As the images show, the detail to the Blades and Ferrules is magnificent, and the set is in pristine condition – a perfect example of what London Silversmiths could manufacture. This is one of the finest & rarest sets we have on offer in Mother of Pearl, truly a beautiful set.

All the Knives and Forks are assayed in London, England.

Each knife and fork is fully hallmarked with the date letter ‘E’ for 1900, the Lion Passant, and the Leopard’s Head. Made by the highly sought after William Comyns & Sons. WC only used the finest of materials; this is shown in the rich colours of the Mother of Pearl & the gauge of the Silver Blades.

The Knives measure 20.5cm and weigh 50g.
The Forks measure 16cm and weigh 35g.
