If you wish to return all or part of your purchase for any reason at all, please contact us at the earliest opportunity using our contact details which are at the bottom of each page of our website. Please state your order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return.
We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused and in saleable condition. Unless the goods are faulty, you must cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Once the goods are received we will process your exchange as requested, or refund your payment.
If your item is faulty
If any of your order is faulty please contact us at the earliest opportunity using our contact details which are at the bottom of each page of our website. Please state your order number, specify the item(s) you wish to return and provide as much detail as possible (including photos where appropriate) to help us understand the problem.
When we’ve received the faulty items we will either exchange them for a suitable replacement, or refund your payment (whichever you prefer). Will will also refund any reasonable cost of returning the goods to us.
