On offer today is a fantastic Genuine Mappin & Webb 2 Piece Carving Set. The set features Sheffield Steel Head Pieces with Sterling Silver Handles. Virtually brand new, handmade in Sheffield, England. The set appears to have had hardly any use. Immaculate condition, truly a fantastic set.
Very Heavy Gauge Silver
The set is hallmarked with the Lion Passant, Crown & the date letter Y for 1998. Makers Mark – M&W; the Makers Mark for the highly sought after Mappin and Webb.
Includes a Presentation Case in immaculate condition.
Carving knife measures 37 cm in length and weighs 150 grammes. Carving Fork measures 28 cm long and weighs 140 grammes.
