On offer today is a an absolutely beautiful Child’s Set featuring the original leatherette case complete with the original Knife, Fork & Spoon. The Spoon is in the Kings Husk Pattern whilst the Spoon & Fork feature hand carved Mother of Pearl handles – no cracks or splits to report.

As the images show, the set is in immaculate condition for its age and has been cherished for the past 172 years. Our Craftsmen have fully restore this set, ensuring this set can be enjoyed for another lifetime. The Child’s Knife & Fork is fully Assayed in Sheffield with the date letter F for 1849 along with the Crown, Lion Passant, Monarch’s Head and the Makers Mark I.O – the Makers Mark for John Oxley. The Spoon is assayed in London with the date letter o for 1849, along with the Leopard’s Head, Lion Passant, Monarch’s Head and the Makers Mark GA – the Makers Mark for the highly sought after George Adams (Chawner).

The Child’s Knife measures 18.5CMS long and weighs 35 Grammes each.

The Child’s Spoon measures 16.5CMS long and weighs 35 Grammes each.

The Child’s Fork measures 14.5CMS long and weighs 25 Grammes each.
