On offer today is a beautiful set of 6 Pairs of Knives and Forks Sterling Silver heads and carved Agate handles in just pristine condition. Every handle is unique – an absolutely breathtaking set. As the photos reflect the Knives and Forks are a perfect example of what Silversmiths of previous generations could manufacture. All the knives and forks are assayed in either Sheffield/London.
Four knives are fully hallmarked for 1812 with The Lion Passant, Leopards Head, date stamp u for 1812. Manufactured by the famous Moses Brent. A renowned Silversmith only manufacturing the highest quality of goods. The other two blades are assayed in Sheffield, 1909 by George Howson. A perfect match. The handles are in great condition, very high quality Agate that is completely original and authentic. As the images show, they look fantastic.
The Knives measure 20 CMS and weigh 48 Grammes.
The Forks measure 18 CMS and weigh 30 Grammes.
